Annelizza

Biography

Annelizza is a Barcelona based artist, born in Luxembourg. Her artworks are inspired by travels, literature, nature and movement. But also music has a significant impact on her works, such as rhythm and lyrics.

These inputs are reflected in different techniques. In her collage she cretaes and develops a story. In acrylic painting, her fascination for the color black comes through. Black has always kept a strong attraction towards her, she characterizes it as a passionate color, there is something unknown, mysterious about it, a statement. Through the medium of photography on the other hand, she expresses her sensitivity, mostly playing with features of the female body.
